We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to do so online or to contact us as soon as possible. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, if you choose us as your artist you must follow the steps to completing the process for the best results. Appointments are gone through thoroughly, time is not rushed and we follow the clients feedback during the sample session to make sure this is the best results for you. For this reason, refunds are unavailable.
